I strive to providescreative works for VTubers and other Creators.Please read the Terms of Service before contacting me for commissions work. If you contact me for work and I begin working on a project with you, you are bound by the ToS and any violation is a forfeit of your rights to the work created for personal and/or commercial use.

Terms of Service

. Do not claim my work as your own. Please provide credit along side usage as outlined below:. Crediting for illustrations: Credit must be posted along with the illustration wherever it is used. Any signature on the illustration cannot be removed or cropped out.. Credit for emotes, PNGtube & Live2D Models: Credit must be provided in at least one (1) general place such as (but not limited to) Twitch panel, Pinned Tweet, Twitter Bio, easily accessible Carrd. Twitch attribution for emotes should link to Twitch account "KarateBugMom".DIGITAL COMMERCIAL USAGE RIGHTS DO NOT NEGATE CREDIT REQUIREMENTS!!!. Reference Images: All commissions require reference images. If a completed character design is unavailable, please provide images for body type, colors, clothing, hair, etc. along with text about the intended design. With the exception of reference sheets, commissions that are submitted with an incomplete character design will incur a +50% Character Design charge, along with a +$20 charge for every revision of the design past the 3rd revision.. My work may not under any circumstances be minted, tokenized, sold, or otherwise used in any way for NFT, and/or Cryptocurrency purposes. It also cannot be used for AI learning datasets or AI generation in any way. No license I provide allows for NFT/Cryptocurrency/AI usage, or any form of alteration of my work.
. I generally work on commissions on live-streams. If you do not want your commission to be worked on publicly, that must be discussed at the time of commission acceptance before work has begun.
. I reserve the right to decline any commission that I am not comfortable working on.
. I retain the right to use any work I produce in my portfolio and personal promotion.

Payment Policy

. If you have bought a commission slot via Ko-Fi, that is it's own platform and schedule for payment, so areas of this section will not apply. It is still recommended to read this section, as other payment information is still relevant to your commission.. Payments are primarily accepted via Paypal Invoice.
. Your invoice will be sent when work begins on your commission.
. Payment is accepted in two parts. The first half of payment is due upon completion of the rough draft sketch. The second half of the payment is due upon completion of your commission.
. Other payment plan terms and payment processors are available, but must be discussed at the time your commission is accepted, before the first payment is due.
. Tipping is not required, but is greatly appreciated. Tipping does not qualify toward payment of a Commercial Usage License.
. Payment installments indicate completed work and no paid installments are refundable.

Commercial Usage Licenses

Digital Commercial Usage License: Digital commercial usage includes regular and consistent use of any portion of the work on monetized social media platforms including but not limited to Twitch and Youtube channels as banners, use in Twitch/OBS overlays, graphics, or transitions, or used as part of footage (such as intro/outro sequences or transitions).Twitter and Carrd are not considered monetized platforms. Illustrations used for Twitter "promotional" graphics (ex. schedule graphics, stream announcement graphics, etc.) is not considered "commercial" use under this license. Showing the art infrequently during a Twitch stream as a means of display is also not considered commercial use under this license. As long as other TOS articles are followed work can be posted to these platforms freely.Regarding Character Reference sheets, privately distributing to an artist with the intent to purchase art from them using the sheet as a reference is not considered Commercial Use, regardless of the use purpose of the art it is being used as a reference for.If you are unsure if your intended usage qualifies as Digital Commercial Use, please feel free to discuss this with me.Physical Commercial Usage Liscense: Physical commercial usage includes use of any portion of the work on any physically produced goods including but not limited to acrylic charms/standees, pins, cushons, etc. This includes but is not limited to packaging materials, digital promotion materials for physical goods, tags, etc.If you are unsure if your intended usage qualifies as Physical Commercial Use, please feel free to discuss this with me.Digital and Physical Commercial Usage Licenses can be purchased at time of initial commission or at any point past the commissions completion and full payment.

Commission Progress

. Overall progress can be tracked via my Trello Board.
. Once work has begun, specific progress can be asked for via Twitter DM at any time.
. I cannot provide a timetable for work completion. If you have a specific date you need the work by, please discuss that with me at the time your commission is accepted.
. Please keep questions regarding your commission to Twitter DM, Discord, or Email. Do not inquire about your commission during my livestreams (exception: While I am working on your commission during the stream.) or in unrelated public twitter threads.

Character Illustration

Illustration details will be provided by the client.

Pricing

Additional Characters: +$15 (Bust or Half-Body) / +$25 (3/4 or Full Body)
Complex Design: +$15-$30 per relevant character. Will be discussed during price quote.
Background: +$25 partial detailed background / +$50 full detailed backgroundIllustrations do not come with a Digital or Physical Commercial Usage license. These usage licenses must be purchased in addition to the illustration. Please read to ToS for details on what this type of usage includes.Digital Commercial Usage Liscense: +25% of commission price.
Physical Commercial Usage License: +50% of commission price.Commissions that are submitted with an incomplete character design will incur a +50% Character Design charge, along with a +$20 charge for every revision of the design past the 3rd revision.

Character Reference Sheets

Standard Character Reference Sheet - $75
Fully rendered full body front pose, flat colored back pose, pallets, and one detail highlight.Additional detail highlights can be included for +$10/detail highlight.
Additional facial expressions can be included for +$20/expression.

Character Reference Sheets do not come with a Digital or Physical Commercial Usage license. These usage licenses must be purchased in addition to the illustration. Please read to ToS for details on what this type of usage includes.Digital Commercial Usage License: +25% of commission price.
Physical Commercial Usage License: +50% of commission price.

Twitch/Discord Emotes

Standard Twitch Emote - $15/emote
Emotes 3 pack - $40 // Emotes 5 pack - $65 // Emotes 10 pack - $125

Twitch/Discord Emotes come with Digital Commercial Usage Rights.Twitch/Discord Emotes do not come with a Physical Commercial Usage license. These usage licenses must be purchased in addition to the Twitch/Discord Emotes. PNGtuber Models

Standard PNGtuber Model - $75
Fully rendered full body transparent .png file. Expressions include Standard Eyes/Mouth Closed and Open, Sad Expression, Angry Expression, Love/Blush ExpressionAdditional expressions can be added for $25/expression.

PNGtuber Models come with Digital Commercial Usage Rights.PNGtuber models do not come with a Physical Commercial Usage license. These usage licenses must be purchased in addition to the PNGtuber Model. Please read to ToS for details on what this type of usage includes.Physical Commercial Usage License: +50% of commission price.Commissions that are submitted with an incomplete character design will incur a +50% Character Design charge, along with a +$20 charge for every revision of the design past the 3rd revision.

Clips: Under 1 min - $10 // Over 1min - $15
Highlight reel of provided clips: $15/clip
Full VoD Edits: $75/VoD HourBasic Edits Include: Captions + Zoom Ins + Transitions + Image overlay/animation
Other edits can be included upon discussion and may or may not include higher charges depending on difficulty.Video Editing comes with Digital Commercial Usage Rights.Video Editing does not come with a Physical Commercial Usage license. Live2D Models
